Refund and Return Policy for Chic Pet Apparel

At Chic Pet Apparel, we strive to ensure that both you and your furry friends are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please read through our Refund and Return Policy below for detailed information on how to return or exchange your items.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom-made pet clothing with your pet’s name).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as “final sale”.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Shipping the Return: Once you have received the RMA number, pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item once the original item is returned and inspected. You will not be charged for shipping on the exchanged item.
