Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to process your order as quickly as possible.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping: Currently, we offer shipping within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to PO Box addresses and APO/FPO military addresses. Please ensure the address is entered correctly to avoid delays.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items in your order and the delivery destination. You will be able to see the available shipping options and the associated costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions.
